How the application works

Applying takes one form. You provide your name, your email address, and a description of how you plan to refer GolfTracker clients — your audience, your channels, your relationships, and how you expect to introduce tournament organizers to the platform. The more concrete that description, the easier the review.

Applications are manually reviewed, and submission does not guarantee acceptance. If your application is approved, we email your private portal link and your referral code to the address you applied with. By applying you agree to provide accurate information and to comply with GolfTracker program terms if you are accepted.

How are commissions calculated?

Each approved affiliate is assigned a commission rate in basis points by an administrator. That rate is applied to eligible GolfTracker platform revenue generated by the clients you refer.

Is approval automatic?

No. Every application is reviewed by a person before the account is activated. Accounts linked to payouts are never auto-approved.

How do I track referrals and commissions?

Approved affiliates get a private portal showing their referrals, commission status at the level of individual sales, and the history of payout batches.

How are payouts handled?

Payouts are processed manually and appear in your portal as payout batches, so you can reconcile what has been paid against the commissions you have earned.

What happens after I submit the form?

Your application goes into the review queue. If it is approved, you receive an email containing your private portal link and the referral code to start sharing.
