How to Create Sponsorship Tiers for Your Golf Tournament

Sponsorship Tiers, under Event Setup in your GolfTracker admin, is where you build your sponsorship packages: a tier name, a price, and a list of benefits. Every new tournament starts with zero tiers — you name them, price them and order them however fits your event, and the tiers you build here drive both your public sponsorships page and the tier labels on your sponsor wall.

Step 1: Open Sponsorship Tiers and click Add Tier

Found under Event Setup in your admin sidebar.

Step 2: Name your tier

Gold, Presenting, Hole Sponsor — whatever fits your event. There's no fixed list; type anything.

Step 3: Set a price, or leave it blank

A blank price shows as "price on request" on your public sponsorships page, useful for a tier you'd rather discuss by phone.

Step 4: Add an optional subtitle and availability badge

A subtitle like "Annual flagship · 1 available" or a badge like "★ TITLE SPONSOR · 1 Available" — both are optional and show on your public page exactly as typed.

Step 5: List the benefits

One per line — logo placement, golfer entries included, hole signage, whatever the tier actually includes. This list is what a sponsor sees when deciding whether to buy in.

Step 6: Save, then repeat for every tier you're selling

Rename, reorder or delete any tier later — changes appear on your public site instantly, no republishing needed.
