How to Brand Your Golf Tournament Website
In your GolfTracker admin, the first step of setup is Your Brand: upload your logo and GolfTracker automatically builds a matching color scheme from it, or set your Primary, Secondary and Accent colors yourself. Add a tagline and your expected field size, and your whole event site takes on your look immediately. Nothing here is locked in — you can change all of it later under Site Settings.

This is step 1 of 5 in the GolfTracker setup wizard, and it's the one every visitor sees first.
Step 1: Upload your logo
Click Replace Logo and choose an image file. GolfTracker uses it across your event site, your registration page, and the navigation bar.
Step 2: Let GolfTracker build your colors for you
Click Scan Logo → Build My Colors and GolfTracker reads your uploaded logo and suggests a matching Primary, Secondary and Accent color scheme automatically.
Step 3: Or set your colors by hand
Each of the three color fields takes a hex code directly, so if you already know your brand colors, just type them in.
Step 4: Add your expected field size
This one's optional — it's how many golfers you expect, and GolfTracker uses it to project revenue on your dashboard. Change it any time.
Step 5: Add a tagline
A short line that shows under your event name on your public site — something like "Play with a purpose" or "A day of golf, networking, and giving back."
Step 6: Move on
Click Save & Continue and you're on to Your Event — the rest of the wizard follows the same one-step-at-a-time pattern, and you can always come back and edit your brand later from Site Settings without redoing the wizard.
Everything you set here is preview-safe: no card required to test it, and no changes to anything else on your site until you're ready.
This is one piece of the full setup — see the complete walkthrough for every step from signup to event day.
