How to Confirm Your Registration Page Is Live

After you set Single, Pair and Foursome pricing, visit your own site's /register page and confirm it shows real prices and an order summary — not "Registration Opens Soon." This takes two minutes and it's the single most important check before you share your event link with anyone.

Step 1: Open your public registration page

Go to your event's own site and click Register Team, or visit /register directly on your domain.

Step 2: Confirm all three pricing options show real numbers

You should see Foursome, Pair/Twosome and Single Player options, each with a real dollar amount — not a placeholder, not blank.

Step 3: Confirm the order summary matches your event

Pick an option and check that the order summary reflects the right player count, event date, and venue.

Step 4: If it still says "Registration Opens Soon"

That message means at least one of your three prices is still unset. Go back to Pricing in your setup and confirm every field has a value greater than zero.

Step 5: Don't submit a real registration to test it

You don't need to actually register or pay to confirm the page works — seeing the correct pricing and order summary render is the real test. If you want to verify payment end-to-end, use a small real registration you plan to refund, or ask GolfTracker support.

This one check catches the most common reason an organizer's registration link doesn't convert: a live-looking site sitting in front of a registration page that's quietly still closed.
