How to Finish Your Tournament Site Setup

The Your Site step of the GolfTracker setup wizard, with contact info and page toggles

Step 5 of the GolfTracker setup wizard, Your Site, is the last one: public contact info and which pages appear on your event site. Finish this step and setup is complete — everything stays editable afterward from Site Settings, nothing here is a one-time decision.

Step 1: Set your public contact info

A public contact email, phone number, and city/state for your site's footer. Social links (Instagram, Facebook) are optional.

Step 2: Choose which pages your site shows

GolfTracker turns on a full set of pages by default — Blog, Photo Gallery, Leaderboard, Sponsors, Sponsorship Tiers, Events Calendar, and Contact. Toggle off anything you don't want visible; you can turn any of them back on later.

Step 3: Consider GPS yardage (optional)

This step surfaces a shortcut to the Green Coords (GPS) mapper — pick each hole and click your greens on the satellite map, and every event you run at that course reuses the same pins. It's entirely optional and can be done any time; see how to add course maps and GPS yardage for the full walkthrough.

Step 4: Click Finish Setup

That's it — your event site is live. From here, the natural next moves are setting up your sponsorship tiers and confirming your registration page is actually taking entries.

This is one piece of the full setup — see the complete walkthrough for every step from signup to event day.
