How to Set Your Tournament's Registration Pricing

Step 4 of the GolfTracker setup wizard, Pricing, is the one step that genuinely gates your event going live: until you set a Single Player, Pair and Foursome price, your public registration page reads "Registration Opens Soon" and takes no money. That's deliberate, not a bug — it stops an organizer from accidentally publishing a registration page with no real prices on it.

Step 1: Set your Single Player price

What one golfer pays to register alone.

Step 2: Set your Pair price

What a two-player team pays together — not automatically double the single price, so you can price a discount in if you want one.

Step 3: Set your Foursome price

What a full four-player team pays. GolfTracker starts you with sensible template numbers (for example $250 / $500 / $1,000) so you can see the shape of it, but real prices are yours to set.

Step 4: Save and continue

Click Save & Continue to move on to Your Site. All three prices need a value greater than zero — GolfTracker won't let you leave this step until they are, which is exactly what keeps your public registration page from opening half-configured.
